Laura says: I started telling kids an adaptation of Jurassic Park as a way to join the oral story tradition that has long been a part of the CCC curriculum. It helped to use a story I was familiar with as coming up with original story ideas is challenging for me. I got some positive feedback when I recorded "Dinosaur Island" so I decided to go ahead and do a part two! Unfortunately the writing in Jurassic park 2 and 3 doesn't hold up quite as well as the original so I combined the sequels to come up with material. I give full credit for any ridiculousness or plot holes to the writers of those films.
